My style is nonjudgmental, gentle and authentic.  I use a variety of techniques tailored to meet individual needs including mindfulness skills, cognitive-behavioral interventions, and strength-based approaches to build on the skills you already have in order to live a happy, present, and meaningful life.  I provide individual counseling for adults and have extensive experience working with elderly needs, veterans issues, and adapting to major life changes.
